This is bagel shop makes THE best bagels that my husband and I have ever had! But the service is THE absolutely worst. We stood waiting to be served for over 5 minutes... no one else was even in the store. You basically have to beg the rude employees to help you! After leaning over the counter to get an employee's attention, she finally looked up at us asked "what do you want". When we asked to have our bagels toasted, she groaned and looked as if we were seriously inconveniencing her. By the time our bagels were ready there was a line of 4 people.. all with the same look of confusion when trying to get someone to place their order! Awesome bagels, BRUTAL service!!!
