I believe the people that work here genuinely care about patients. However, the disconnect of communication is ridiculous. I delivered here last week. I never received my newborn's footprints after I asked repeatedly. The nurse told me they gave her a vaccination but upon discharge, another nurse couldn't confirm whether she received it or not. They also mentioned my daughter was in NICU- she had not been. As first time parents, this sent us into utter panic. Our little girl needed a car crib, we purchased one from the gift shop so we would be able to take her home. Then, we were told that "someone" objected to the neonatologist' recommendation but we weren't told who this person was. I believe these are some of the best doctors in the city but I'm disappointed with the lack of communication. Lastly, upon discharge from the hospital, we requested transport- after a half hour, we ended up moving everything ourselves to the car and I walked out because no one ever came with a wheel chair. I will say that the delivery nurse (Melissa) was amazing.
