Sometimes the best finds are those you come across accidentally. After going to traders joes I saw this little deli/bakery tucked away in the corner of the mall.
It is small and unpretentious but I saw plenty of locals there which is a tip off. Second the size of the sandwiches were impressive and big enough to share with two people.
The pastrami sandwich was lean and stacked with meat. The only bigger one I've come across was the famous Carnegie deli in New York. Is this as good, no but if you are in Vegas it is an adequate substitute.
