My experience here has me suspicious of their business practices.
1 - I used 1 large and 1 small machine. Washing both on hot cycles I paid, then returned to my car for a moment.. I come back and both machines were set on cold.
Okay, I can let this slide or maybe I actually forgot to set the machines to hot. But then...
2 - I put $1.50 into their coke machine. When the machine did not except any of my quarters and would not returned them. I spoke to the laundry attendant ( red haired, heavy set woman who doesn't wear makeup) refused to return it and had an attitude, questioning if I had really put money into the machine, as she just returned from the bathroom.
I asked her to call the manager immediately, which she did.
After a long conversation the laundry attendant goes behind the counter to grab a bucket full of quarters with blue adhesive on all of them. These were apparently the only type of quarters that the coke machine would accept... Thanks laundry lady. I appreciate you trying to call me a liar and keep my $1.50 instead of just saying, 'hey that machine can only take these quarters.
3 - I use the bathroom and make a phone call while my clothes are in the dryer. I come back and sure enough, the dryer door is unhooked and running all my time down.
I really believe this attendant, who I had never ever seen before, was trying to sabotage my laundry day. I got a weird and hostile vibe from this place even though other reviewers seem to like it. This was on a Sunday around 3pm. Just my experience.
