I would rather do 2.5 stars but it's not an option. This place is fast, i will give them that. But I literally had to loom over the staff to get my cup holders clean. I had specifically paid for the VIP package that includes an interior detail, so it was, pretty frustrating to open the door and still see a paper towel in the seat of my car and coffee from my ever-present coffee cup staining the cup holder. I wasn't even trying to micromanage, just to literally get the level of detail that I had paid for. Also, I get that pet hair is hard to vacuum up, I really do. With a dog and a cat my life is made of pet hair. But when I got in my car the back seat looked exactly as bad as before. When I took it back over to them and actually watched them vacuum my backseat almost all the fur came up. Which leads me to believe that they didn't even bother vacuuming it the first time. I would call this an exceedingly average car wash place. I felt weird taking my car to one of those professional detailing places, but I think the next time I'll just suck it up and do it.
