I emailed them right away when I decided to fix my cracked screen, I had a HTC Butterfly and I bought it when I was in Taiwan. This type isn't sold in the US, which when I went the first time, we found out the part does not fit mine. However, after couple of weeks the part they ordered finally came in, but it still wasn't mine. Eventually after a month later, the part came, and they had to order it from China. Although it was a long wait and come and go, they still did their best job they could. And most importantly they didn't ask for any money, it was FREE. I didn't even pay for the part. They are absolutely the best people I have ever seen. Although I really don't hope my phone break again, but I would definitely come back if I have to. UP!UP!UP!
