Every time we walk into Robbins Brothers, we're instantly greates with a warm welcome. They even recognize us now and are always so sweet to talk to. The customer service here is on another level and my fiancé and I are so grateful that we walked in almost half a year ago to look for engagement rings. On our first visit, we didn't leave feeling pressured at all. We honestly were just looking around to see what type of rings I liked.
A few months later, I guess my fiancé had visited again without me and a jeweler helped custom make the perfect ring for me. I love my ring so much!!
We walked in yesterday around 2 for a ring cleaning and my ring was ready in 5 minutes. While we waited, we had my fiancé's finger sized so that we could start trying on wedding bands for him. Greg came over and congratulated us and had a fun conversation as always. When we walk in, we don't feel like strangers and I think that's awesome. :) has
