No Frills is usually hit or miss - and I find most No Frills have terrible produce (stock not fresh). However, this No Frills has pretty good quality products. I usually buy meat products only when it goes on sale that week but I find Charlie's Meat sells meat for a very reasonable price. The only thing about No Frills is that the mall entrance closes at 8:45 and the other entrance is quite far from the mall. Therefore if you are late night shopping like I am after work, you should park at the No Frills entrance. The only other complaint is that the line up is long sometimes. Other than that, I am happy to buy PC items at a cheaper price while saving up on PC points!
