My family and I have been coming to Richardsons for over 15 years at least once a month. My Dad recently experienced some health issues and needs a wheel chair. We called to make a reservation for an ADA table and was told they couldn't make the reservation less than four people. Two weeks earlier, we called and got the reservation. The man of the phone was rude, unwilling to help us at all. I even told him of our patronage and previous reservation. He basically hung up on me. We will never go to this establishment ever again. You just lost a 15 year costumer.
