The office is clean and organized. The staff are always friendly and professional. The appointments are scheduled in an organized fashion, I have never waited for a long period of time. There are drinks and snacks always available. The dentist, Dr. Kim, is always delightful and kind. Very precise and great at making you feel comfortable with what he is going to do. Who likes going to the dentist, really? With Dr. Kim it's not an experience I dread. He is detailed and explains what he is going to do in advance to help reduce stress. All procedures he has performed have been quick and painless and that's something I definitely look for in a dentist! They also have awesome referral incentives with some pretty cool prizes. I haven't always enjoyed going to the dentist but I really do enjoy going to Litchfield Dental Care.
