I do not believe I have ever given a 1* review on Yelp before, but in this case I had no choice. After my second, and absolutely last visit to Planet Car Wash, I was left with a vehicle that looked liked a total of 3 minutes was spent cleaning it. I spent $60 for a complete interior overhaul and it should have cost me $6.25. My leather seats looked as though they were quickly wiped with a wet rag and they were not completely clean. My doors were still dirty and my dashboard and consoles still had remnants of dust. I even found one of my girlfriend's long lost onion rings under the passenger seat. I was so disappointed with the service I wanted to drive back and curse but I was on my way to Niagara for the night and jut did not bother to return 2 days later complaining. I simply will never return again and vent my raging anger via this post. It really is a shame because I fancy having my vehicle detailed quarterly and this shop is minutes from my home. I will simply have to find a location who does the job as they are supposed too. Blah, so vexxed.
