I could not have been more impressed by the quality of the customer service and the workmanship that I received today. I was very upset at a different mechanic because of how poor they treated me today. I took my car to Thunderbird Auto and the guy there (I believe his name was John) recognized my frustration and walked me through the process. They fixed my car in a few hours and recommended reasonable things like new oil change and cabin filter. Didn't try and blow smoke and was amazing. He earned a repeat customer today and any time I need work done moving forward I will go there. Very impressed and I apologize to them for not going there sooner. Had I known how great they were I certainly would have.
