Although the store may have plenty to offer while waiting for the flight, the staff on the morning of 5/13/14 certainly did not! The two women staff were loudly talking about the type of customers they do not like and even went so far to say they hate those who come in and only buy water or just stand around and look. I left all of my potential purchases in the store and walked out. Please offer customer service training to your employees because really- how embarrassing.
