I heard about Dr. Karren's dental practice through a friend and I am so thankful.
My experiences with dentists during my childhood years were not the greatest so I am always a bit nervous at the dental office especially when having to deal with Novacaine injections.
Well, let me tell you, Dr. Karren is excellent!! I highly recommend him!!
Dr. Karren is very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and takes the time to answer all my questions. And most importantly to me, patient and skillful with his work especially when administering those Novacaine injections that I dread. He just is a really great dentist all around. So much so that even though he is "out of network" for my particular insurance plan, I still continue with his practice. I would not even consider going to any other dentist. He's repaired two broken teeth and another fractured tooth with crowns and I have been very happy with the work and the process.
Of course, it's not just the dentist that makes a good dental practice. The quality of the staff is important to me as well. I have been happy with all the dental hygienists and assistants, they are also very skillful and compassionate. And Kim, the office manager is amazing! She is obviously has a genuine concern for patients.
It's a huge relief to me to have found a dental practice that I like and that I am very comfortable with. Thank you to Dr. Karren and Kim and staff!
