so true, one is too plenty of a rate to this unprofessional, poor customer service company. we purchased a new clicker today and was told that no set up needed and its good to go! sure enough the clicker does not work and to add insult to injury, the number they interfaced with out last name is a wrong number -- so there is no way for us to get in since they did not give us a generic gate code to use. called answering and was told that the oncall personnel said that she will call the company to reset the clicker but not till monday!!!! so i guess they expect us to stay outside then!!! NO consideration at all. and when i asked to have the secondary on call person instead, i was told by the answering service that i need to wait 15 mins. before they will call the secondary on call person (primary on call person not returning previous multiple calls). the answering service as well indicated at first that there is no other person to call but when i told her to stop giving me bullshit excuses ... she then told me that she will call the secondary on call!! urggh! the nerve.. the lies!
