I feel comfortable here. They've taken care of my hair needs very well, respected my requests, and honored their price quotes. It's a clean and busy salon, always full of customers who seem to be loyal and pleased. What has really stuck out for me the most is the diversity! Not just the stylists, but also the clientele. I've not seen this at other salons here. Have also seen the most male clients here than any other salon in the area. Nice to know that they feel comfortable here too. The location in Monroeville is also diverse, my only gripe there is it's in a mall with no natural light exposure, so I've not returned. Otherwise, their customer service is also very good. On my first customer visit I received a $10 off voucher on a subsequent visit. What I also love about PP salons is that they're open Mondays. Most salons in PGH are not. So in a pinch, they're available. They are clean, unpretentious, and have their own product line which makes my hair feel and smell great. Everyone from the front reception, to the different stylists I've had, has taken care of me and been friendly and professional.
