I started seeing Dr Venkat a little over two years ago as my PCP. Everything started off okay but went south after one or two appointments.. her office staff and medical assistants don't handle things in a timely manner, they NEVER call back with answers. Getting an appointment just to see the doctor is like pulling teeth. If you're sick be ready to wait a week or two. I needed surgery that was requested by her but when it came to finding a surgeon she was NO help and did NOTHING about it after she said "I'll take care of it" her staff lies and causes issues between billing and insurance. Trust me, do your research before seeing Raji Venkat..
