Just got harassed by the quick lube service guy Kevin. Simply checked in my car, walked to the waiting room, and then was asked "what my problem is". I had only said a few words to this guy. "I need an oil change, wipers changed and sprayers fixed". I also was told it would be less than 2 hours. "What is my problem?" Who asks a customer this with that tone. Now I had a problem, and he heard it. There is no respect for their customers here. Go to Henderson ford or better yet, don't buy a ford. That was my first mistake, never again.
