Customer service is terrible. Got a dozen donuts this morning. First time there. Dozen donuts are split on menu between "regular" and "special", so I ask if the typical filled donuts are considered regular. The Asian lady behind the counter practically yelled at me telling me to read the little signs in front of the donuts (which says "filled" and doesn't answer the question. So I give weight to the fact that I'll just take regular and picked out some of the most basic donuts, each time asking if they are considered regular if they didn't have a little sign in front. She rings me up, takes another look at the box and then tacks on 0.50 extra. So apparently they aren't regular lol. Just plain frosted selection, some with icing on top....but somehow 0.50 more. So I just paid and continued on to work knowing I'd never be back to this place.
