Had a problem with pool heater that first pool service guy couldn't fix. Called Thompson as they had done some wiring before. Came out and said a regulator needed to be replaced for $560.00. Authorized the work and had it done. A few days later tried to heat the spa, no dice. Called them back out. Said "It must be something else, we will fix it for free." Came out and said it was the igniter, and it would be replaced. After not seeing anyone for a few day days called again. Said "My guy will be out on Thursday to finish". No one came on Thursday and finally wouldn't return any phone calls. Never sent a receipt like he promised either. In the end the whole heater had to be replaced. Can't fix heaters or return phone calls. Don't even think of calling these guys.
