DJ R. : I feel the same way!!! I've been on the fence about cancelling for quite some time with Goodlife. I've been a member since 2008 which started with the Liberty Village location initially, but have switched to many locations to try and find an adequate location to meet my every need, as I'm very serious about my training. The GM you're referring to, who's name is Giovanna, used to manage the one location at Morningside I used to train at. The consensus is correct about this GM, and the way she governs herself. Parkway is the location I now train at, due to the expedient factor which is quite egregious in the way it is being run as well. The GM at this location, which is Suzanne is contentious if approached with any issues. Thus brings me to my final query, in which plagues me. Why do they advertise the facilities to be great, when most locations are rendered as POOR QUALITY, AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
