I was so disappointed with how I was charged on my security deposit. I had the rental property professionally cleaned and spent $156 just to find out I was charged $275 for professional cleaning, $175 for landscape, $50 for miscellaneous fees and may I ask what are the miscellaneous fees??? I've never seen such a money-hungry person in my whole life!!! I believe in karma and I know that the $595 you charged me will come back to me in three fold. By the way, they also charged $10 for the postage and handling which was ok but the whole charges they did to me was ridiculous! Is that how you treat all your customers??? Beware people before you deal with GWM. I just live close by and I've never seen any body clean that house for them to charge me that much money.
