Awful! BUSINESS VALET DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND REFUSES TO PAY TO FIX IT. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday evening in perfect condition. The car was inspected by the Ameripark, LLC (Business Valet) employee. I returned to pick up my car on Monday morning and the driver's side mirror had been significantly damaged. I immediately and calmly told their employee Graham Lynn about the damage they had caused. He assured me that the company would take care of the damage. One hour later, after I had already left, I received an email from Graham Lynn saying that the company was denying any responsibility after reviewing their security videos. What an outrageous and obvious lie! They reviewed over 50 hours of security tape in just one hour? Whatever you do, never entrust your vehicle to these dishonest, irresponsible folks who will lie to your face and not do the right thing - even when it's easy to do the right thing.
