Brought my car in because it had a recall
On the phone they told me it'd be 1 hour to replace part
I came in and went to service centre attendant. He adv it's going to take 2 hrs
When I asked why because they told me 1 hr he said they are very busy ....
When I asked for shuttle they told me to sit in a corner because shuttle is still out
1 shuttle for a 15 000 sq foot facility.
And the shuttle doesn't run until close only until 5 pm. He adv I'd need to find my own way back
I got home on my own and was called 2 hrs later and advised the car was ready
When I went to pick it up it was ready and washed.
Overall experience was good. Very busy location.
