There are so many complaints these days on reviews but you need to hear about good service as well.
I drove my RV from Canada to Scottsdale this summer for a family reunion. I had my dog with me of course. I brought Gizmo into the store with me. The first associate I encountered was a brilliant girl named Darcy who immediately offered my pup some water due to the heat.
I asked for the location of a few products and rather than acting annoyed as many cashiers will, Darcy was helpful and pleasant. We had a short conversation about my trip and she offered some advice in regards to how to keep myself and my pup cool in the heat as I am not used to these drastic high temperatures.
My favourite: Darcy mentioned filling a container with water and freezing it so that it thaws and stays cold longer; also I can place a few dog snacks inside so Gizmo has a surprise treat.
