Kind of confused about the reviews here saying people got great service. We went in this toy store for the first time last night. We were the only customers on a slow Wednesday night at the mall. 3 people hanging out behind the register and not one of them spoke to us-- no greeting, no offer of help. Completely ignored us. When I approached after a few minutes to ask a question, the guy I spoke to barely suppressed an eye roll, clearly annoyed that I was interrupting his conversation. My husband quickly paid for the one item we had found and we left. I wouldn't have even bought that, but our daughter had already seen that we were getting it and I didn't want to punish her for the bad behavior of the staff.
It's a real shame because they seem to have a good selection of the types of toys we prefer, but I have a hard time giving my money to stores with not just blah service, but actually have rude employees. There are a couple of other toy stores in the Madison area that we'll patronize instead.
