I reached out to the manager after this lackluster experience. They contacted me a few days afterward and added complimentary MVP service on my next cut, but I didn't feel welcome the first time I went here. I believe people the first time they show me who they are, so I won't give this location a second chance to make me feel like I'm an inconvenience to them.
However, I did try the location near McCandless Crossing and had the MVP experience I was looking for.
