Hmmm so conflicted when writing this review... We ordered delivery later on Monday night, and were told that our order would be there in 25 minutes. After I called twice to make sure they didn't forget our food, our order showed up an hour and a half after ordering. If someone would have even said something like "Hey, something went wrong tonight, we're sorry it took so long" or anything like that, we would have been understanding. We've both worked in the food biz for years and understand that stuff happens. But nothing was done to make the situation better, or even so much as apologize for the wait either over the phone or by the delivery driver. Plus, when we got our food (pizza) it was very cold and we could tell that it was sitting in the car for a while, not in a hot bag. That being said, even after microwaving the pizza, it was really, really good! Perhaps the taste was influenced by our hunger at 11pm by that point, but we both agreed it was incredible. So service-wise, I would give 1/5 stars, but food would get 5/5, so I went with 3 stars. Still unsure as to whether or not I'd order again.... :/
