Most likely will not return to this store due to one bad customer service experience. First off I'm that guy that is pleased with all of my Apple products so much that I tend to convert straight up strangers to Mac, and better their lives by saying goodbye to their Androids and PCs! Upon arrival at this store at 8:33pm we were just hoping that they would have a 6+ in stock, the gray hair fellow that greeted us near the door confirmed they sure do have EVERY color and size in stock. Followed by a "butttttt we are probably not doing anymore phones tonight unless you want to pay full price?" Oh probably huh? He explained that sometimes it may take up to 45 minutes or more to fully activate... So the billion dollar technology giant wasn't willing to even ATTEMPT to sell us a iPhone 6+ that they had plenty of in stock, because it MIGHT last 15 minutes past closing time??? Or they didn't want to make a quick $300?? It was sad piss poor customer service, I mean come on he tells us that they have everything in stock but is just too lazy too put things in motion because their is a CHANCE that they will have to stay a few extra minutes. My personal opinion, cause that's what leaving a review is all about right?, Is that . Customer service is key, and if you're not willing to even TRY to please the customer, then you should not have a job in the customer service field. Thanks Gray haired fellow... For Nothing. And little long haired blonde girl with a tattoo on her I'm standing next to him, next time speak up and go the extra mile! I will continue to fix my friends and families Macs and iPhones so they can avoid experiences such as this one. Apple still has by far the best products... Sometimes just not great employees. Perhaps I shouldn't punish the whole store with a one star review... Butttt maybe I'll get someones attention. Sincerely Stanleychase801@gmail
