I didn't have a great experience here. I was looking for a stylist and found this place through google. The appointment hours were tough if you have to work 10am or 1pm were the time slots I could get. I can't take off work each time to get my hair done. That's ridiculous. So when I did get in to get my hair done Ms. Connie didn't have much tact and asked if I had a thyroid condition when she saw my hair. I don't. I'm wearing a weave now, but my hair has always been thin and before I got my new job, during my time of unemployment stress caused my hair to fall out. You never know what someone has been through so try having more tact. This place may be ok for some, but if you have been to other salons in the east coast you will be disappointed. This is not a classy place. Work on your customer service skills. There are plenty of other stylists I will gladly give my coins.
