Had the worst experience at this place. First of all, they didn't even want to order the parts or even start working on the car until they received the payment from the insurance company. This is after the fact that the insurance adjuster had already visited and came to an agreement with the shop. When I talked to the employee, he said that he was going to go ahead and order the parts but that didn't happen until they received the check. So basically, they got paid for a job that wasn't even completed. It took more than a month to get my transmission replaced and no updates were ever given on the status of my vehicle. I always had to call and they promised a date on when it would be done, but when those days came, it wasn't done. They gave me dates but they were all wrong. After I got the car, they replaced the transmission and everything seemed to work fine until I turned on the ac the week after. It wasn't working anymore but it was working perfectly before the accident. Of course they would only do a half-job because they already got paid before they even started working on the car. Take your car to somewhere better like Service King in town or in Henderson. They are a lot better and you'll get updates throughout the whole process.
