With the great membership pricing, Planet Fitness seems like a great option. But the truth is that nobody that works there can give you the correct information or seem to charge your account accordingly. Between getting charged twice for yearly fees, to my account not switching to the cheaper option after I was told that it would when I personally went in to change it after my year contract was up, I am fed up. I was told my yearly fees would be waived because I already paid them. Would be cautious signing up with a business that is irresponsible with their customer's accounts. Getting told different things from employee to employee is frustrating when it's your money.
