A friend and I had an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday. When we arrived, they had already taken several walk ins and said we would have to wait. It was okay for a little while, but we had prior engagements later in the day so we needed to be taken care of. They took my friend around 2:30pm and she was done by 3. Unfortunately, they didn't take me until 2:50pm and it took them over an hour to do my nails. There was a language barrier between me and the people doing my nails. They also stopped several times while doing my nails to fix other people who had messed up their nails. Half way through doing my nails that lady that started took another customer and I had to wait until someone else was free to finish my nails.
There are other places in Squirrel Hill that value appointment times and take care of their customers. I will not be returning to this location.
