I'm contrarian and prefer the firmest ones. Honestly, the best sleeps I've had were outdoor camping trips on the ground surrounded by nature. Roger was able to assist me despite my needs being the opposite of most consumers. We went through many weighings of qualities of one versus another, pros and cons. He is also very fair and comes from a needs and education based approach. Excellent level of service and attention. I made a purchase and the mattress will be delivered next day.
