I wish I could give them no star, because they pissed me off so bad in this store today, that they deserve nothing.
We came in, because my daughter needs a fake ponytail. We have absolute no experience in that kind of stuff. And it was really hard to tell from this Aisle where it was. So we asked where the drawstring ponytails are and all I got back was right there. Damn I would not ask if I knew what I was getting and there are so many damn hair pieces. I just wanted to know where exactly they are. If you don't want to help customers, because they are white, you need to go home or find another job. Maybe take a class that teaches you customer service. I'm so sick of people that think they can stand behind the counter all day, do nothing and get paid. Oh by the way, sorry that I interrupted you on your cell phone because I had a question!
