Very disappointed with this vacation company. We bought our time share in the 1990s with Palm Canyon Monarch Resorts. Then in 2011/12 Monarch Resorts to sold to Diamond Resorts. Guess we were not used to how they treat the owners. My recommendation is to look else where for another company. First contact with Diamond employee shortly after the sale and they took over the "financial" portion of Palm Canyon Resorts was to later discover the employee told us incorrect information. Be sure to check your maintenance bill carefully every quarter since they like to add "optional" fees and if you want to transfer ownership to your children you have to pay a "processing" fee of $250 so they can take our name off of our original paid-off contract to add their names onto a "new" ownership contract. It's just another sign-of-the-times as they run their business unethically and charge you for every small thing. I don't enjoy been a loyal paid up owner to the now you want something it will cost you more $$$. Customer service is not one of the company's high priorities. I did tell them and told them I would write this review.
