Where do I begin! I've been a customer since 2009. I love the water, but it is not worth the hassle. I simply want 3 jugs once a month. But instead they deliver 6 jugs & charge me for 3 additional jugs, or they bring 1 jug. They rarely get it right. $1 cooler rental always turns to $17. I call them monthly for the last 6 months. I'm so polite and incredibly patient, but I'm either being punked or this is just a terrible company. I have more notes stored on my phone from calls to Sparkletts then my phone will hold. My bill is suppose to be $27/month, this last month they charged me $87. I hate this company.
