My husband and I came for takeout after seeing Guidos on Check Please Arizona. Cute little place. We placed our order and somehow it never got to the chef/cook. After waiting at least 45 minutes and several attempts by the manager to resubmit our order, we finally received our order (without any apology). Customer service not so great! I ordered the veal parmesan...nothing special, and the same for my husband's Bolognese. We will not be back. There are so many great restaurants in Scottsdale that care about their customers.
