My complaint is about the office staff. I called to get information about having my house cleaned. I was given a price of $231, plus a $20.00 discount. My credit card was charged $350. When I questioned this, I was told that the first cleaning is charged by the hour, which I found out wasn't true. I was told that I would get the $20 credit on the next cleaning. I was also told I would get an itemized statement for the first cleaning and all subsequent cleanings. This never happened either. I did not read yelp reviews on this business before hand. If I had, I would never have gotten involved with this company. I don't believe they are trustworthy. Even though the cleaning was very good, I don't think i can continue with someone I can't trust.
