Went back again to give them a second redeeming chance. The wait was not as long and the staff seemed more attentive.
However, I wouldn't say the quality was all that great. I was cut and bled (which happens, and it's not that big a deal), but my problem was lack of attention to details. The ends of my nails are not smooth, you can feel the little pieces on then. Plus, there is polish on my skin. Why did they not wipe it off? Who knows. I didn't notice until they were dry, but the girl painting then should have.
Anyways, will probably only go back for a manicure. Might for a pedicure because my quality standards for my toes are much lower.
If I could give half stars, I'd give 2.5.
