I was extremely impressed with the extra mile that Meghan (one of many spellings) took in helping me find a special container that I had been looking for forever. The one I found was a part of something else that someone opened and left on the shelf. She seeked out her manager and got her to sell it to me. That was over and above what she had to do. And I no longer need to look for that container! Plus she helped me out with other purchases. I will continue to shop at that specific Michael's. Thanks again Meghan!
