My husband and I decided to purchase a new (our 4th in 12 years) mattress. We have tried several types and brands since our wonderful Serta Perfect Sleeper wore out after 15 years. We've never found anything comparable, not even the model ours was replaced with, which was The Millenium. We went to Bedmart because of the selection, and the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Gave us three $80.00 gel foam pillows and a waterproof mattress protector to seal the deal. I wish the delivery men had been as good. They came into my house and walked on my grey-white carpet with their black rubber-soled tennis shoes and left black stains all over my carpeting. We have a custom made bed frame which requires a little extra attention when setting up the mattress, which they failed to do. After a horrible night's sleep feeling like we were rolling into the center of the bed, we checked out the alignment and corrected what hopefully was the cause of this uncomfortable sleeping situation. We called the store to nicely recommend they lay down plastic on the carpets before entering people's homes, in hopes they would offer to have our carpets cleaned. No such luck! Nor were they too concerned about the fact that we had to re-set up our bed correctly. Shame on Bedmart. I can only hope that, should we need to exchange our mattress within the 120 day period, they accommodate us, as I have read other disturbing warranty issues about Bedmart.
