We LOVED it. NOW no longer.
When we re-sighned our lease in 2015 they upped our rent by $150 . And water , sewer trash was rasised ..
Almost 2 yrmearsafter moving in here , the gym is FINALLY up to code and we have NEW machines .. With a sign on the door that says NO ONE under 18 IS PERMITTED.. (we have trouble with that ).
The pool and jacuzzi is suppose to be heated year round , my bathtub is warmer than the jacuzzi .
(We no longer use the pool , after finding poop in it last year).
I would say the office staff is nice, but they change so much , that I lost count.
Maintance used to be nice and gets stuff done ..
Someone has been stralimg stuff from residents properties. My 2 Pin Wheels got stollen , ajd a scotter got stollen.
This property used to be a 10 , now it is a 6.
ONE GOOD POINT . GREAT LOCATION ..
