Kyle has helped me out twice. Initially diagnosed a leak I had in our outside unit which he was able to repair so we didn't freeze. Then 2 yrs later he repaired a poor installation of our unit in the attic which began to leak. Our home warranty wouldn't cover the repair in the attic because the tray was "not available" to them. Kyle was able to get the proper tray and level the unit properly. He kept me informed every step of the way from start to finish and gave me options on replacement parts.
