I have used this location of Firestone every since I moved here almost two years ago. I have had nothing but total satisfaction and complete honesty out of Cathy, Joe and the technicians. Most recently I thought something majorly was wrong with my air conditioning. Cathy had someone look at it for me it said it appeared that the fan wasn't working. Cathy ordered the fan and I had my appointment to come in and have it repaired. The technician came in and asked how long I had the car and where I bought it and I told him I was back east about seven years ago. Well it seems somebody had taken a fuse out so the fan wouldn't blow when it was cold back east. When all was said and done it cost me $20 for a fuse. They could have been dishonest charge me for the fan just put in the fuse and I would have never known the difference. That's how honest these people are.
