Having been on the London Eye and Singapore Flyer, I can say that the High Roller ends up being extremely disappointing. They have different packages you can purchase and the price changes with the time of day (daytime is cheaper than night). A nighttime ticket will cost you about $37 while a "happy hour" nighttime ticket costs $47. The happy hour package is unlimited drinks from the bartender while the Ferris wheel goes around (about 30 min). For the price of $10 extra, it ends up being worth it if you drink one drink - you're also allowed to take one drink with you to go. However, the price combined with the lack of views really doesn't make any of it worth it or appealing. You're better off spending your money on other tourist attractions like the Stratosphere.
