My husband and I had a terrible experience today at our appointment. As excited expecting parents we were thrilled to be getting the 4d ultrasound. I read other reviews about this place so I wasn't expecting to have such a bad experience. First of all, the place is nice and clean so that was a plus, not very inviting but we were still willing to give it a try. When the girl called our name we went to the back room. It was really cozy and comfortable, lights really dim and soft music playing. But as the ultrasound started the technician never made us feel happy. Basically never spoke and very unpleasant!! I had to keep asking her questions and she would never respond! Never once did she even try to smile thru the appointment! Of course I was still trying to make the most of it but she ruined our whole experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Out of all 8 pictures **colored and black and white ONE picture came out good!! We're very unhappy and would not EVER go back to this place
