As you can see from the reviews, it is true. They are a horrible company to purchase from. People really need to read these reviews. I bought a white leather couch, white coffee table and white rug with gold. When they delivered everything, I didn't even get a receipt. That week, I had my boyfriend over and when they delivered it, he was there. I did not take the time to register that they had delivered the WRONG coffee table. When I called to tell them, the manager already knew and tried to blame ME for not calling sooner. So, he KNEW that he gave me the wrong coffee table (which by the way, was NOT even the same price as the one I actually paid for), it was a cheaper, smaller version. Yet, they said NOTHING before or during delivery. They just tried to be sneaky and say nothing. Mind you, I paid $3k total. They are crooks. How shady do you have to be to deliver a piece of furniture the customer never wanted, to a well paying customer and hope the customer never notices? When I spoke to the manager he was incredibly rude. Told me I would have to pay a restocking fee if I wanted to get my original table that I paid for. He's a crook. Stay far far away people. They need to be out of business. I wish I read the reviews beforehand.
