Do not rent from this company. If you do, make sure you thoroughly take pictures along with their hired inspector before you move in and move out.
They will take you for a ride! Highly disappointed with them and will never rent from them again.
Its almost as if, I must also hire my own inspection to inspect the house with their inspector.
When we moved the stove wasn't clean and was dirty underneath. They probably charged the previous tenant,never cleaned it then charged us even though we swept underneath. i assume we must scrub it from years of renting so the floor looks new?
There were other dings that was not foxed when we moved in and theu charged the previous tenant.
This makes you wonder how well they run their properties. Charge tenants and never fix the issues then continue to charge each incoming tenant.
If I did not fix the dings and missing paint before I moved it, I'm sure they would charge me as well.
I don't recommend this place at all unless you can find your own inspector or take your own pictures with their "inspector" before move in and before move out. Wish I knew this before I rented from them.
