Extremely unimpressed. I came here because of great reviews on Yelp. I've tried Billy's on 2 occasions. Both times they were unable to get out what seemed like simple food stains that other dry cleaners seemed to have no trouble with in the past. On both occasions I've found the employees to be disengaged and unhelpful. The last time it took 10 minutes for them to find my clothes plus one of my shirts had been mixed up with another order. They did fix the problem promptly after I pointed it out to them. I will trying a different dry cleaner in the future.
